In Super Mario Bros. 3, it is possible to “share” an Ice Block with a Buster Beetle if both Mario and the Buster Beetle pick it up on the same frame. Then, the Ice Block will split into two, so that both Mario and the Buster Beetle each have one.

I used to pass the time stacking boards at the lumberyard by constructing elaborate fantasies about how my life might be different if I’d been born a woman named Natalie and how my childhood might’ve been different and how much happier I would be, and then I’d be like, “No, of course I’m not transgender, I am a big tough macho manly man, as evinced by the fact that I drive a big truck and work at the lumberyard.”

I got this for myself a long, long, long time ago. I wanted to have a preserved version to go with my well-loved versions, because this is where it all began for me.
If my beloved Aunt Val, who loved me unconditionally when nobody else did, hadn’t given me this as a gift, who knows what my life would be today.
D&D helped me use my imagination in creative and constructive ways that I still use today. It gave me a place to go, where I could escape my awful home. It introduced me to some of the most important friends I’ve ever had.
I doubt I’ll ever open this. But there is a VERY good chance I give it to a future grandchild, when they are ready.
